This dashboard summarizes CCTV readiness while protecting sensitive operational details from public view.
LDAP View
Authenticated LDAP users can review operational camera details, maintenance history, installation photos, attachments, and readiness evidence according to their role.
Responsible Units
The system supports participation by faculties, internal units, and external units responsible for CCTV cameras in their own areas. Each unit can view and manage only the camera data granted to its role.
Privacy Practice
CCTV data usage should follow the institute privacy practice for CCTV, including appropriate disclosure and contact handling for coordination and readiness checks.
Readiness Score
Readiness is calculated from storage, UPS, power, day and night image quality, motion detection, and maintenance cycle criteria for a 100-point score.
Security Boundary
Administrative actions require a local session, validated input, role checks, and activity logging while legacy camera data and image paths are preserved.
