Mission
Office Mission
- Promote and support the design and preparation of construction documentation, and supervise renovation and construction work in alignment with the institute master plan.
- Organize building, venue, and facility services for institute activities, ceremonies, and royal ceremonies.
- Maintain, repair, and improve electrical and telephone systems, utilities, air conditioning systems, and general technical services with transparency and accountability.
- Oversee institute land boundaries and prepare for disasters or emergency situations.
- Manage security systems for institute property, personnel, and students across buildings and surrounding campus areas.
- Develop staff capability and improve office service quality so services are convenient, fast, accessible, and satisfying for users.
- Promote organizational learning and build operational networks with related partners.
- Manage campus traffic systems and supervise parking, entrances, and exits across the institute under one efficient system.
- Oversee environmental and energy management, waste management, landscape development, and green space expansion across the institute.
