Race rules and regulations

1. Registration
Applicants must provide complete and accurate registration information.
Applicants may select one of three distances: 5 KM, 15 KM, or 30 KM.
Registration is complete only after the required fee has been paid.
The entry may not be transferred to another name or distance unless the organizer announces an exception.
Check personal details, race distance, and contact information before confirming registration.
2. Shirt and BIB collection
Applicants must collect their shirt and BIB on 5 December 2026.
Present registration or confirmation evidence when collecting race equipment.
A representative collecting on your behalf must carry evidence required by the organizer.
3. Race day — 6 December 2026
Runners must report and enter the start area at the time assigned to their distance.
The BIB must remain clearly visible throughout the race.
Runners must follow the official course and pass every checkpoint.
Shortcuts or leaving the course to gain an advantage are prohibited.
The committee’s decision is final.
4. Mandatory equipment
All 5 / 15 / 30 KM runners: mobile phone with backup battery, water container of at least 1 litre, and a portable first-aid kit.
30 KM only: a headlamp for periods of insufficient light.
Equipment may be inspected before or during the race. Missing mandatory equipment may result in refusal to start or disqualification.
5. Safety
Participants must assess their own physical readiness before taking part.
Immediately notify officials or service-point staff in an emergency.
Runners must assist or make way for anyone experiencing an emergency.
Follow officials’ instructions throughout the race.
The organizer may stop the race or alter the course when weather or conditions are unsafe.
6. Protecting nature
Do not litter on the course; dispose of waste only at designated points.
Do not damage trees, vegetation, or natural resources.
Respect the area, local communities, and fellow participants.
7. Competition and decisions
Prize recipients must complete the full distance and every checkpoint.
All rules and officials’ instructions must be followed.
Rule violations, shortcuts, or unfair advantage may result in disqualification.
The organizer may review results and disqualify a runner later if a violation is found.

Every applicant is considered to have read, understood, and accepted the race rules and conditions before registering.
