Runners in every distance should prepare, plan their race, and pass each checkpoint within the specified time.

Runners must leave each CP before the Cut-off time. Runners arriving at or leaving a checkpoint after the specified time may be withdrawn by officials for runner safety.

The 30 km route also requires a headlamp.
